WLN is a growing network of women and young professionals in all sectors. It facilitates peer to peer learning through sharing of ideas, experiences and best case practices as well as mentorship and coaching. The WLN also facilitates quarterly Leadership enhancement workshops developed to directly address the capacity needs of members of the network. The agenda for each workshop is set by and for the members in the spirit of participation and self help.
