Developed to cultivate and inspire Leadership among school children, the Children’s Leadership Program (CLP) seeks to nurture tomorrow’s Leader’s at an early age. Through the CLP, iCON facilitates the formation of student clubs run by and for students. The primary aim of the clubs is to create a space and environment for school children to reflect on the Leadership challenges of their generation.

Some of the club activities include community work, debates, conferences, internships, advocacy etc.
